Gate Replacement + New Arbour

This project began with the homeowner’s clear vision, already sketched out and ready to bring to life. The existing gate and 4×4 posts were removed and replaced with stronger 6×6 posts set in concrete for improved stability.

A new gate structure was built to mirror the nearby rooflines on the property so it would blend naturally with the surrounding buildings. The roof was framed with spruce rafters, finished with combed spruce fascia, and topped with asphalt shingles.

The gate itself was constructed using cedar panels and finished with quality hardware and accessories to complete the look.
